It may be a while before Lightning-compatible accessories grace the shelves of your retail stores. iLounge says changes to Apple’s Made for iPad/iPhone/iPod policies now require the use of Apple-approved factories for producing third-party devices with the connectors. So, it seems like there’s a pretty low chance of being struck by Lightning anytime soon.
